Vilon is a small dipeptide composed only of lysine and glutamate, belonging to the classic thymus-derived regulatory peptides. Developed by the Russian Gerontology Laboratory, it is specifically used in research experiments related to immunoaging and thymus function. Unlike ordinary peptides that act through receptors, its extremely small size allows it to directly enter the cell nucleus to regulate genes. It is only available as a freeze-dried research powder and is often used in combination with Epitalon in anti-aging and immune repair control experiments. Vilon's strength lies in its ability to "awaken" aging cells at the genetic level.

Storage conditions:
Unreconstituted (lyophilized powder): Store in sealed bottle at 2–8°C, protected from light for several months; long-term storage is recommended at -20°C (up to 1–2 years). Protect from moisture and repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
After reconstitution: Slowly pour sterile antibacterial aqueous solution (BAC) along the bottle wall, gently rotating to dissolve-do not shake vigorously. Refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light. Use within 14–28 days (refer to the instructions/batch label). Discard the solution if it becomes cloudy/contains particles/changes color.
Do not refrozen after reconstitution.
⚠️ Special Notes
Contraindicated in active autoimmune diseases: SLE, active rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, etc. – Vilon can enhance T-cell activity, potentially exacerbating autoimmune flare.
Use with caution in active lymphoproliferative neoplasms (immunostimulation theory is controversial). Those currently using immunosuppressants should consult a doctor to assess potential conflicts.
Allergic/hypersensitivity reactions: Extremely rare. If rash, urticaria, or difficulty breathing occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
Injection site reactions: Local redness, slight pain, and induration are common; alternating between the abdomen and outer thigh may alleviate these reactions.
Insufficient safety data in pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children – not recommended.
