Protect from moisture and repeated freeze-thaw cycles-aliphatic storage is better than repeatedly opening and closing the original tubes.
Reconstituted (for laboratory cell experiments only): Slowly add sterile DMSO or endotoxin-free PBS along the wall, gently tapping/vortexing at low speed to aid dissolution-do not sonicate excessively. Usually prepared as a 1-5 mM stock solution, aliquoted at -20°C protected from light.
After reconstitution: Can be used for short periods (several days) at 4℃; can be stored for several weeks to over a month after aliquoting at -20℃. Discard if precipitation/discoloration occurs. Human use-not permitted!
