Storage and Handling Guidelines
To ensure the bioactivity of the peptides and the accuracy of experimental data, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
Storage Conditions: Unopened lyophilized powder should be sealed, protected from light and moisture, and stored in a frozen environment at -18°C or lower (e.g., -20°C). Although it is stable at room temperature for several weeks, long-term storage requires freezing. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are strictly prohibited.
Reconstitution Procedure: Before opening, briefly centrifuge to allow any powder adhering to the tube wall to settle to the bottom. It is recommended to use sterile water (18 MΩ-cm H2O) for reconstitution, with an initial concentration not less than 100 μg/ml. Further dilution with other aqueous solutions is possible after reconstitution.
Aliquoting and Storage: The reconstituted stock solution is recommended to be stored at 4°C (for use within 2-7 days). For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (e.g., 0.1% HSA or BSA) before aliquoting and storing below -18°C.
Quality Check: Please verify the accompanying COA report before use. If the solution becomes cloudy, develops flocculent material, or changes color after reconstitution, it indicates that the peptide may have degraded or become contaminated. Please discard it immediately.
