This section is for laboratory use of peptide samples in in vitro/animal experiments only. Human injection is strictly prohibited.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute lyophilized powder using sterile water for injection or laboratory-specific peptide reconstitution buffer. Do not directly dissolve and store in physiological saline for extended periods. Slowly inject the solvent along the vial wall; do not shake vigorously. Gently roll the vial to allow the powder to dissolve naturally. Vigorous shaking will cause peptide chain degradation and reduce sample activity.
Route of Administration: Subcutaneous injection is the mainstream method for animal experiments, but intraperitoneal injection is also possible. The dosage should be set according to the experimental protocol. The dosage needs to be determined based on the animal's weight and experimental objectives; there is no universal human dosage.
Dosage Cycle: Considering receptor desensitization characteristics, experimental protocols generally do not involve continuous high-frequency dosing over 24 hours. Most protocols will set dosing intervals, and some protocols will use intermittent dosing to preserve receptor response sensitivity.
Use the sample as soon as possible after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Conditions
Freeze-dried powder state (unreconstituted)
Long-term storage: Store at -20℃, protected from light and sealed. Ideally, isolate from moisture by using a desiccant. Avoid repeated opening and closing of the refrigerator to prevent condensation due to temperature differences. Under these conditions, product stability can be maintained for a relatively long period.
Short-term temporary storage: Can be stored for several weeks at 4℃. Suitable for samples to be tested in a short period, but not suitable for long-term storage.
Do not store at room temperature for extended periods. High temperatures and humidity will accelerate peptide oxidation and hydrolysis, directly destroying molecular activity.
Reconstituted liquid sample: The stability of the reconstituted peptide solution decreases significantly.
Short-term use: Refrigerate at 2-8℃. Recommended use within 3-7 days.
For long-term storage: Aliquot into single-use small volumes and freeze at -20℃. Strictly avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as each freeze-thaw will cause peptide molecule degradation and activity reduction.
Protect from light. Avoid direct sunlight. Store the solution away from light as much as possible.
