Usage Instructions
The raw material is a lyophilized powder. During the experimental stage, use sterile ultrapure water or a suitable buffer system for dissolution. Maintain aseptic control throughout the preparation process. After preparation, use a 0.22μm filter membrane for sterilization to remove particulate impurities. Dissolve only the amount required for a single experiment; it is not recommended to prepare large quantities of working solution at once. The dissolved solution should not be repeatedly frozen and thawed, as this will reduce peptide activity and directly interfere with the reproducibility of experimental results.
Application Directions
In vitro cell experiments: Used in in vitro culture systems for vascular endothelial cells to study the mechanisms of endothelial injury, cell proliferation and apoptosis, and angiogenesis, and to observe changes in vascular endothelial markers.
Animal model research: Used in intervention experiments on animal models of vascular aging, endothelial injury, and microcirculation disorders to evaluate the protective effect of peptides on vascular tissue, serving preclinical basic research.
Compound formulation development: Can be combined with antioxidant and tissue protection raw materials for formulation screening and efficacy comparison experiments; limited to laboratory development only, and must not be directly used for human administration or animal treatment.
Storage and Stability Management
The lyophilized powder should be stored in a sealed, light-protected, and dry place at -20°C. For long-term storage, it can be stored at -80°C. Because the Vesugen sequence contains hygroscopic residues such as Lys, Glu, and Asp, the container must be placed in a desiccator to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation and deliquescence. The stability of the solution decreases significantly after reconstitution; it must be transferred to 2–8°C and refrigerated within 14 days. Refreezing is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to aliquot the reconstituted solution into small, single-use volumes to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The entire process should be conducted in a light-protected and moisture-proof environment to maintain peptide chain integrity and batch-to-batch consistency.
