Usage
Route and Frequency of Administration: This product is a pre-filled pen formulation for subcutaneous injection only. Recommended injection sites include the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Administer once daily, regardless of mealtimes, and it is recommended to administer at the same time each day to maintain stable blood drug concentrations. Intravenous or intramuscular injection is strictly prohibited.
Dosage Titration Regimen: To minimize gastrointestinal adverse reactions, a stepwise dose escalation must be used. The starting dose is 0.6 mg daily for one week; after one week, increase to 1.2 mg daily; if further improvement in efficacy is required, after at least one week of treatment at the 1.2 mg dose, the dose can be increased to the maximum recommended dose of 1.8 mg daily. For weight management, the maximum dose can be titrated up to 3.0 mg daily.
Interruption and Resumption: If treatment is interrupted for more than 3 days, titration must be restarted from the starting dose of 0.6 mg; do not directly resume the original maintenance dose.
Concomitant Use Precautions: When used in combination with insulin secretagogues (such as sulfonylureas) or insulin, the dose of the secretagogue or insulin should usually be reduced to minimize the risk of hypoglycemia. Do not use in combination with other GLP-1 receptor agonists.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) Glycemic Control: As an adjunct to diet and exercise, to improve glycemic control in adults and children aged 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes. Suitable for patients who do not respond well to metformin or sulfonylureas alone.
Cardiovascular Risk Reduction: For adult patients with type 2 diabetes and a confirmed cardiovascular disease to reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (such as cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, or non-fatal stroke).
Chronic Weight Management: For long-term weight management in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older who are obese (BMI ≥30 kg/m²) or overweight (BMI ≥27 kg/m²) and have at least one weight-related comorbidity (such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or dyslipidemia).
Storage Conditions
Unopened: Must be refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze; if frozen, do not use. Store in the original packaging away from light.
In Use: After first use, store at room temperature (not exceeding 30°C) or refrigerated (2°C to 8°C), always keeping the pen cap on and protected from light.
Shelf Life: After first use, the injection pen, regardless of refrigeration, must be discarded within one month (30 days), even if there is still residual medication.
Needle Management: Do not leave the needle on the injection pen during storage to prevent medication leakage, air ingress, and microbial contamination. Remove the needle immediately after each injection and dispose of it safely as per regulations.
