What does it do and what are its benefits?

Commonly used for anemia during dialysis in chronic renal failure, chemotherapy-related anemia, and preoperative erythrocyte mobilization in some perioperative periods.
Storage conditions:
Refrigerate at 2-8℃ (protect from light), keep in the original box and do not open the outer packaging.
Do not freeze, do not shake vigorously (shaking will denature and inactivate the protein), and do not place near heaters or expose to direct sunlight.
After opening/first puncture, multi-dose vials should generally be used within 21 days; single-use vials should be discarded after single use (see instructions for batch number).
Special Notes:
Regular blood tests: Check hemoglobin/HCT every 1-2 weeks. The target level should not exceed 36% vol%. Higher levels increase the risk of thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and stroke.
Monitor your blood pressure closely: This medication may raise blood pressure or worsen existing hypertension. If you experience headaches or blurred vision, check your blood pressure immediately and inform your doctor.
Iron supplementation is essential: Iron is necessary for blood production. Iron supplementation and ferritin monitoring are usually required during medication. Folic acid/B12 deficiency can also affect efficacy.
Contraindications/Cautions: Uncontrolled hypertension, allergy to this product or mammalian cell derivatives, history of pure red blood cell aplasia. Safety in pregnant/lactating women is not fully established and requires doctor's evaluation.
Use with caution in patients with a history of thrombosis or recent myocardial infarction/cerebral infarction.
