II. Objective Disadvantages:

 

The molecule is artificially modified with amino acids and does not belong to the naturally occurring homologous structure in the human body. Long-term, continuous use at high doses can easily interfere with the body's own endogenous IGF-1 secretion, leading to endogenous secretion inhibition. It should not be used indiscriminately for extended periods.

IV. Storage and Usage Precautions

 

Storage Details
Unopened dry powder should be stored at -20℃ in a light-proof, sealed container, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Dispense into small cryovials for each use, using one vial at a time. Do not refreeze any remaining stock solution.

Diluted aqueous solutions experience accelerated activity decay. After preparation, short-term refrigeration (2~8℃) is only suitable for 3~5 days. Long-term storage requires dispensing and freezing.

Keep away from humid and high-temperature environments. Moisture and clumping will directly damage the peptide chain structure, rendering the entire bottle unusable.

 

 

Practical Usage Contraindications:

 

Do not arbitrarily increase the dosage or administer continuously without interruption. Follow the gradient dosage for trial use, and discontinue use periodically to allow endogenous hormones a recovery period.

Use sterile acetic acid solution or the matching buffer solution as the preferred solvent. Direct dissolution with pure water may easily cause protein denaturation and inactivation.

 

Use with caution in in vivo experiments during pregnancy and developmental stages, as it may disrupt the normal growth hormone rhythm of the individual and interfere with natural development.
